TerylTeryl Rothery is a Canadian actress who has appeared on stage, television, and film. Janet Fraiser is her most famous role on Stargate SG-1. She also co-starred as Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove as well as had key roles in the past as Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring in Arrow and Celia Hudson in Nancy Drew. She has appeared in many television shows. Rothery started dancing at age 9 and in the year 1995 she saw her first dance lessons as the beginning of her career in entertainment. The first of her professional performance opportunities as a performer were the musical Bye Bye Birdie at age 13 and also in the production of Marpole Community Theatre of The Sound of Music at age 14. In her youth, she danced in The Irish Rovers variety television series. At age 18 she made her debut on TV with an Canadian Broadcasting Corporation television special for Halloween.
